Late Payment / Returned Check: A $35 fee will be assessed for returned checks. Balances unpaid more than 7 days after the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Scope of Agreement. This agreement covers only the services described in Section 3. Any additional work requested on the day of service will be quoted and charged separately.
  2. Insurance. SZG Cleaning Services carries General Liability Insurance. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.
  3. Cancellation & Rescheduling. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  4. Client Responsibilities. Client is responsible for (a) securing or removing valuables, fragile items, and irreplaceable objects prior to service; (b) providing safe access to the property; and (c) disclosing any known hazards, pets, or allergies that may affect cleaning.
  5. Damage & Liability. SZG Cleaning Services will take reasonable care of your property. In the event of accidental damage caused by our crew, liability is limited to the repair or replacement cost of the damaged item, up to a maximum of the total service fee paid for that visit. Pre-existing damage must be noted prior to service.
  6. Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the disputed area at no additional charge.
  7. Right to Refuse Service. SZG Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe, hazardous, or beyond the agreed scope of work.
  8. Photo Authorization. By signing, client grants SZG Cleaning Services permission to photograph completed work for quality control and internal records. Photos will not be shared publicly without separate written consent.
  9. Returned Checks & Late Payments. A $35 fee applies to all returned checks. Balances unpaid beyond 7 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee.
  10. Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth in this agreement. This document constitutes a legally binding contract between the client and SZG Cleaning Services.
